The experience was average. Rooms are luxurious. But hot water was an issue. You don't get hot water all the time. Swimming pool is freezing cold. Guess they don't have warmers for the pool. Could hardly stay in the pool for 5 min. Room service is quite good, except this: you order coffee, they bring it all cold. Even the breakfast choices were repetitive. Not really a 5 star hotel they claim to be!

Best part of this hotel is the surrounding nature. If someone who like to move little far from hustle of city and still want to stay within city, then do recall this Hotel for your next stay! Property is good with amenities. I liked the Gum and Swimming pool. Parking lot is cover in upper basement. Staffs are kind and helpful. Check in fast. Just to give you sense that this is no more Radisson group, but there’s no hospitality change post acquisition also. Rooms were good.

I recently dined at a restaurant in Mysore, and I must say it left a lasting impression. 1.5 hours and still waiting.... Horrible service. And the guy at reservation desk has now asked us to wait another 45 mins. Apparently the delay is because it's Sunday and guest are still waiting to check out. Never coming here again. And never recommending it to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, which offered a delightful and intimate ambiance that exceeded my expectations. The staff's warm hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The rooms, although smaller, were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and adorned with tasteful decor, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, providing a satisfying start to each day. The hotel's location was convenient, and the personalized service made it an excellent choice for solo travelers or couples seeking a charming and relaxing getaway. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a gem that left me with wonderful memories and a desire to return.

We had visited the restaurant to dine, have never seen such ill mannered staff, absolutely no sense of how to behave with people and on top of that they were so utterly irresponsible that they forgot to take in half of the order itself and we got to know about it when we asked for food after a long time of wait. The wait time for food is also quite long and the food taste is average.
